Have you ever dreaded sharing something on social network, as your group of friends grew larger and became more distant?
We too and that's why Tap> makes it easy to keep interacting with your closest friends:
• Want to go to a concert next Saturday but don't know who would be down for it? It's simple - just broadcast a message in your Main Feed for all your friends to see!
• Want to plan the logistic of that upcoming Saturday concert? Then simply link a new channel (#SaturdayConcert) to your post so your friends can join that channel straight from the main feed to start planning!
• Want to tell a friend how much he missed by not joining the concert? We got you covered - send him a direct messages with a #HumbleBrag.
On top, using Tap> should be as productive as possible. That's why we've also added features to make your life easy:
• Easily save and retrieve important information (addresses, links, etc.) right from the app. Those of us used to constantly take screenshot of their phone will be happy!
• Organize and RSVP to events right from the app. You can even opt-in for a reminder to make sure you won't forget about it.
• Never lose pictures anymore. Easily retrieve any picture you've sent or received. We even let you save them to your phone (Amazing right?).

Big update in store, adding lots of new functionalities:
• Want to organize something this weekend but one of your friend is not on Tap>? Simply add them from your contact book and they will receive messages by sms instead and will even be able to reply back. Revolutionary!
• Not sure where to go for dinner or what movie to watch? Simply send your friend a quick poll and crowd-source the answer!
• Want to react to a message with an emoji but too lazy to go through all the menus? Simple - just long-press on the message you want to react to and tada all your frequently used emoji reactions will appear at the top for a quick selection. Bring them emojis!
• Channels with lots of message could take time to load. We are now more selective and only load the message of the past 3 months.
• The app loading times have been drastically reduced - it would be too long to explain why here, so just enjoy the faster load times.
A lot of work has also gone into polishing the app:
• As your messages load a neat load screen will now appear
• You can finally edit a channel name or a channel descriptor. OMG!!
• The emoji on the top right corner is now multi-gender - it will cycle through various emojis at random
• A new arrow shows that the channel heads are clickable. We know, it's a game-changer
• You can see friends profile from more places now - click on a channel participants or from your post likes

We know that overtime you accumulate lots and lots of channels and that tiding up is not something fun to do. So Tap> will now prompt you every week or so to archive your inactive channels. Game changer - we know!

• Finding and inviting your close friends to Tap> is now easier - simply select your friends - on tap or in your contacts - and we will send them a friend invite or an sms invite.
• The navigation between the registration, log-in and main part of the app has been streamlined, especially for new users
• When you have unread channels, the channel list will now automatically scroll to these unread channels. Small tweak but big productivity improvement.
• Certain users (I won't cite names) had too big fingers for the event reply buttons and sent multiple "event accepted" messages. This is now fixed

• **Drum rolls becoming louder** Messages are now displayed in a slightly cleaner way if you shoot a salvo of messages
• **Drum roll in full swing** Not one, but two buttons have been added to the channel invites to make it easier to accept or decline them! A game changer.
• **Drum roll giving way to a slow clap** Channels with unread messages now have their own section at the top of the channel list. No more excuses for missing them.
• **Accelerating slow clap** You can now easily see your friends profile right from the message view - just click on your friends' name or profile picture and you'll see a short summary of your interactions to date. Yes - you should feel guilty for not talking more.
• **Thunderous slow clap** Open Tap> from a notification will now lead to the right screen or channel - yup that's right it only took us two months to implement this.
• **The crowd is ecstatic** Old habits die hard, so we implemented a message flow that's more similar to what you are used to (latest message at bottom) - don't thank us it's normal.
We've also taken the time to clean a few bugs that continued to linger around.
