TEA WINS is a progressive educational development tool developed by Treaty 4 Education Alliance.

The vision of TEA WINS is to help principals and teachers improve their communication and personal educational strengths through structured technology. The app makes it easier to set and achieve career goals through a set of cooperative feedback cycles performed throughout the year.

Phase One of the project allows Principals and Teachers to message directly through the app, and provide feedback to each other in an easy-to-use interactive environment.

Principal feedback cycles will be sent directly and privately to the teacher's devices, and allow for in-app communication and collaboration to help each user grow their skillset and achieve their goals.
