Описание

"Tech Neck" occurs when our phones are resting on our laps or held down by our waists. By getting into the habit of raising your phone to eye level, you can prevent the symptoms of tech neck from ever developing. This app will notify you if you need to straighten your neck. It measures the angle at which you are holding your phone and keeps track of your progress. The app runs in the background while you can continue to use your phone as usual.

A new setting (“Stop measuring on battery level”) has been implemented. You are now able to set a limit (e.g. 20%) where the app will stop measuring if the battery level goes below that limit.

Adds a new feature to the "Settings" view called "Pause when phone is stationary". When the new feature is turned on the app will pause measuring if the phone has been still for about 5 seconds (e.g. laying flat on a surface or placed in a mobile stand). The app won't send you notifications, vibrate or save any progress data while being paused.

Widget has been added for Tech Neck. The widget "Today's Progress" will show the percentage of time you have been holding your phone in a good angle.

How to add the widget to your home screen:

1. Unlock your iPhone and then hold down anywhere on your display. Your phone will enter the "jiggle mode".

2. Tap the plus button in the top corner of the display. This will take you to the widgets menu.

3. Search for "Tech Neck" and then select the widget that you want to pin to your home screen.
