#tmViewOnly will render the entire document immutable.
#tmAppendOnly will allow content to be appended to the document on Sections that follow the tagged Section ( preceding Sections being immutable).
Tags take effect after the document is saved, then opened.

v1.9 also remedies an issue whereby dismissing a stacked document could result in a crash.
