Call me AL. Al Lyons is a Certified Personal Trainer based in Brooklyn, NY. As a professional dancer, fitness was always a passion and Al eventually found her way to group fitness. In studio she can be found teaching barre, HIIT, cycling, and boxing. In addition to her NASM CPT, she is certified in Corrective exercise (NASM CES), Pre/post natal training (PROnatal), Kettlebell training (Kettlebell athletics), and pilates mat (New York Pilates). Alex has many years of experience with at home fitness and was a coach for the Flywheel At Home platform for 2 years.
