Minor cleanup of excess assets to slightly decrease game size.

This update is all about increasing game performance as well as a few quality-of-life upgrades. :)

Updates:
1) Upgraded framework and many operating scripts for increased performance and stability
2) Upgraded rendering capabilities for better graphics handling
3) Added a loading scene to bridge the transition from the start menu to the game, also increasing loading performance
4) Added new colors to stars to help players prioritize collection
5) All of the wheels on the NPC cars are now spinning
6) Brake lights should now adjust position to the car you are driving.


Bug Fixes:
1) Fixed an issue where game crashes at level 6 on first play
2) Fixed a problem where the opposite traffic was not moving faster than the road, now they're actually moving!
3) Fixed a bug preventing the lights on the pickup truck from turning on at night

The whole app has been overhauled! Here are some of the new and exciting features in this update!

Bug Fixes:
1) All scripts have been optimized to handle data processing more efficiently.


New Features:
1) Networking capabilities have been added to the game! Creating an account through the app will automatically back
up your game progress.
2) Cars have been upgraded and new cars have been added to the game!
3) The UI aesthetics have been completely reworked!
4) The "How To Play" section now plays a quick informational video.
5) All new road textures which run more efficiently and support having many different active lanes.
6) Camera scrolling is now available! Zoom in, out, or rotate around your car for easier game play (or just for fun).


Improvements:
1) Achievements pages are more efficient and individual achievement artwork has been upgraded.
Support has been added into the frameworks for more achievements to be added as well.
2) Point increasing powerups can now give out many more points than before.
3) The leveling process has been redesigned and streamlined. More levels will unlock more lanes.
4) Added "connecting" features for Accounts and Game Center.
5) Joystick controls have been removed from the game allowing graphics to be more streamlined.
