This is a BIG update, I've done a complete redesign and feature overhaul! Firstly, you'll notice that the app is no longer called 'Panic Diary', as that's no longer the only feature, we've added 3 more (To start with, more worksheets to come)!
*New name: CBTapp - The original panic diary app was based on a CBT-based worksheet, now that new worksheets have been added, it made sense to change the name to reflect that.
*New theme: I've also updated the colours to coincide with the name change. It's pretty calming, in my opinion :)
*UI Changes - Across the board the UI has more or less completely changed and been updated to be more intuitive and clean. There is now a new main menu with a section for the different worksheets,
*Panic Diary Worksheet Changes - There have been some changes to the way the Panic Diary works to make it simpler. Some sections have been added and removed.
*Worry Diary Worksheet - Record your worries with the Worry Diary Worksheet, it works similarly to the Panic Diary, but is used for managing worries.
*Behavioural Experiments Worksheet - This is an interactive worksheet to create behavioral experiments to test certain belief's and predictions.
*Psychoeducation - This section containts educational materials on Panic, Worry and Behavioural experiments, as well as brief instructions on how to use the features.
*Export to CSV and share - Added dedicated 'Export all' buttons under the Panic Diary, Worry Diary and Behavioural Experiments lists, which will generated a formatted CSV file of your data from the relevant feature so that you can have a record of your data and or share this with your therapist.
