Can’t buy ticket on train due to ux bug that doesn’t let to enter card information

I like this service, but there are two interesting problems I've faced with. 1. Poor performance under large traffic (for example, when selling tickets on Sakartvello national team). 2. I don't realize the reason, but tickets are not expiring in Apple wallet as tickets from other apps. Would be great to add this feature.

Disgusting localisation
You can’t buy tickets using this app if you don’t know Georgian. You can only look through events, but when you try to buy the ticket all messages, error messages and instructions comes in Georgian)) Hope it will be fixed one day

Нельзя купить билет не гражданам
Просит Personal ID, не понятно где его взять. Номер паспорта вбить не возможно, потому что в нем есть буквы, а разрешено вбивать только цифры
