Открытки не приходят
В позапрошлом году не пришла одна из трёх отправленных открыток, в этом году пришла только одна из трёх открыток.

Рубит бабки не спрашивая вас
Не вздумайте ни на что подписываться в этом приложении. Снимает деньги с карты не спрашивая ни каких подтверждений. Отписаться ни на сайте ни в приложении нельзя. Только писать в поддержку. И то сразу не ответили. Рассматривают запрос.

Скрытой транзакцией списали деньги! В моих подписках это не было отражено никак! Узнала только по выписке из банка об этом!!! Вернуть деньги невозможно. Отписка ТОЛЬКО через сайт! Открытка бесплатная так и не пришла. Не ведитесь!

Приложение по тихому списало с меня 25 евро , без подтверждено оплаты через Apple Pay.
Причём такая транзакция в apple не зарегистрирована , соответсвенно , вернуть деньги невозможно !

Списывают деньги
Списали деньги за подписку не через подписки Эппл, а с счета Эппл пэй, хотя там даже способа оплаты такого нет. Плюс от этой подписки можно отписаться только на почту написав им и то непонятно отписали они меня или нет. И типа «бесплатная открытка» так и не дошла мне. Бабок сразу много берут

Списали 4500 за подписку
Верните деньги!!! Списали 4500 за подписку, вернуть деньги через AppStore невозможно, так как транзакция происходит в обход сервисов Apple. Отменить подписку в AppStore и в самом приложении невозможно, для отмены подписки нужно зайти на сайт только через компьютер. Но и после отмены на сайте, подписка не была отменена, а только приняли запрос на отмену, который будет рассматриваться в течение 24 часов. Связалась с банком для отмены платежа, они сказали, мне написать на почту приложения и ждать три дня, только после этого смогут начать работу по претензии.
