TurboTrack is a health platform that integrates with multiple accurate heart rate devices providing Accurate Activity Tracking, Recovery, and the ability to share with fitness professionals to help quantify results. TurboTrack calculates caloric burn and intensity through real time heart rate and the MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) computation system. The application also integrates with Apple Health Kit enabling Resting Heart Rate which is the corner stone of our Recovery calculations. This allows all athletes to track not just activities but recovery as well
