- Show badge on app icon when push notification arrives. Clear badge when viewing Chat screen

- Handle refund when canceling session from mobile. Refunds get applied to packages, coupons and credit cards directly
- Now only tutors can cancel a session (at their discretion) less than 24 hours before the start time
