We're continuously improving the quality of the our app, fixing bugs and making everything feel smoother.

We fixed a crash that happened after updating the app from version 2.13.2

We improved the reliability of media uploads.

We've fixed an issue where the app would sometimes suddenly get deactivated.

In this version we made photo and video uploads more efficient and resilient.

We fixed a bug that prevented some users to create new patient records or to begin an examination.

We fixed a bug that sometimes caused existing appointments to not be show in the planner.

We've made it easier to see the progress of your media uploads.
We are now limiting the duration of otoscopy videos to 30 seconds to help manage patient comfort during an examination.
In addition, this version brings various bug fixes.

This update fixes a bug that made existing patients to not show in the app, in some cases.

We added support for a few new headphones models to be used for the hearing test.
We made it easier to see patient information at a glance, throughout the app.
To protect customer data privacy, when switching away from the app, the screen contents are now covered.
Sometimes the app crashed when using the camera, this is now fixed along with other various bugs.
Starting with this version, we are no longer supporting iOS 13.

We made this version available for the iPad. The otoscope functionality, however, remains only available for iPhone at this time as it requires the use of the camera in conjunction with the Tympa hardware kit.
The accuracy of the hearing test has been improved by providing clearer instructions about how to use the headphones we provide.
In addition to various bug fixes, we have made the patient consent form easier to fill out.

Uploading images and videos now works more reliably.

Patients will only be able to start the hearing screener test if the volume of the device is set to 100%. This means the hearing screener is now more accurate than ever before.
We've improved the availability of the in-app help section, which now works even when you're not connected to the internet.

We fixed a bug that prevented scheduling appointments at certain times of the day.

• we've improved the hearing test to better account for people suffering from severe hearing loss; the test now takes less time and the audiogram now shows inconclusive measurements or when a tone wasn't heard at all
• voice commands are now more reliable and more clearly explained in the app
• there's now an option to view the password while typing it when logging in
• we made it easier to start an appointment when viewing the details of a patient
• photos and videos aren't saved to the photo library anymore, this improves storage capacity and increases privacy
• we now show the elapsed time when recording a video
• a couple of other small bug fixes and improvements

This version brings better support for iOS 14 plus a couple of other goodies too:
- improved messaging when the session is expired
- thumbnails are shown for local videos before they're uploaded
- improved reliability of uploading media files
- better speech recognition for voice commands during an examination
