При апдейте отвязался номер :(
Поскольку роуминг не включен, не могу войти в приложение с помощью СМС и уточнить свой тариф чтоб оплатить. Из-за этого могу потерять номер.

Не продуманная система оплаты.
Чтобы внести очередной платёж за месяц и случайно не попасть на деньги, перед внесением платежа вам нужно выключить интернет , затем внести деньги и включить интернет спустя 10 минут. Если вы забыли сделать это, то внесённые вами деньги будут списываться как поминутная тарификация и вам, а это очень дорого. Мои 4700 драм ушли за 2 часа пользования. Очень не удобно. Я расторг договор с этим оператором. Не рекомендую.

Ucom stoled my money
Ucom — мошенники, не пользуйтесь приложением, чтобы пополнить счёт! Положила деньги на счёт через мобильное приложение. Деньги из банка ушли, есть чек, но на счёт не дошли, Ucom ни чек, ни никаких подтверждений не показал, просто денег забрал, возвращать отказывается, требуют несуществующие документы.

Берите пример у других операторов
Про отсутсвие функционала можно много чего написать, но это мелочи. Подскажите, как у единственного официального продавца Apple официальное приложение в конце 2018 года до сих пор не имеет адаптацию под iPhone X- телефон выпущен больше года назад. Печально как-то.

Уровень UCOM ниже плинтуса
Никому не советую иметь с ними дело!!!
По ошибке заключила договор для подключения домашнего интернета и очень пожалела. UCOM - это КОЛХОЗ НА САМОМ НИЗКОМ УРОВНЕ!!!
Должны были подключить домашний интернет в течении 7-и дней как сообщила оператор, в дальнейшем оказалось что в течении 7-и рабочих дней, а это 9 календарных дней после подписания договора и это только начало разочарований. Оказывается что клиент должен сидеть дома все эти 9 календарных дней и ждать пока они за это время за 1.5 часа до подключения позвонят и сообщать что придут подключать через 1.5 часа!!! И это ещё не все, оказывается что если они вдруг позвонят в течении 9 календарных дней за 1.5 часа до прихода специалиста и вдруг вам будет не удобно в это время, нужно будет ждать уже каждый последующий день и надеяться что сегодня мастер придёт, а если нет то может завтра или после завтра за час до приезда позвонит!!!!
