How Do We Support ?
During a medical emergency, a member clicks on the “SOS” button. The CRM team receives the notification and sends an alert to the allocated care manager based on the location. The member location is traced by the GPS in the CRM and the respective care manager from the member ward receives the notification from the CRM team. The allocated care manager contacts the member in distress and classifies the situation into “Critical Emergency” or “Scheduled Emergency”. The care manager accompanied by a nurse, doctor and driver rushes the member in distress to the nearest partner hospital. The family of the member in distress can view the entire development process on their Udhaivi app.
