This app provides useful information about life and studies at Saarland University in Saarbrücken and Homburg. You can browse the campus maps, check out current menus in the Mensa and other restaurants, view current events and search for staff members.

Written by students for students - 100% usefulness, 0% commerce. Developed at the Software Engineering Chair at Saarland University.

Welcome to Uni Saar 2.0 - a complete rewrite and redesign of the Uni app! New features include

* In Mensa menu, be warned against personal allergens

Big Summer update! Nicer and faster, and more useful than ever!

New functions:
* Use the new widgets in notification center to immediately see the current mensa menu or the parking lot situation in the "Today" view
* In mensa menus, tap on meals to see list of ingredients and allergenes
* Press firmly on the Uni Saar icon to get directly to campus map, bus schedule and mensa menu (requires iPhone with 3D touch support)
* Access the number of free parking spaces on the Saarbrücken Campus map
