- HomeScreen Widgets: With iOS 14, Unwind widgets can now be added right on your home screen to glance at your daily mindfulness progress quickly. The widgets come in all sizes and are configurable.

- Wind Down Shortcut: With the sleep mode in iOS 14, you'll see Unwind's Night Breathing exercise as a suggestion when setting up the Wind Down Shortcuts

- Added custom warmup and cooldown settings so you can relax with a nice animation after each exercise.
- Added shortcuts support.
- The app now plays a chime when the session is finished.
- The ambiances can now be set separately for each theme. Start your morning with the sounds of a river and end your day with the sounds of a campfire. No need to keep changing the ambiances anymore.
- Disabled the use of workouts on the Watch app to comply with Apple policies. This might make the heart rate reading unreliable.
- You can now set custom mindfulness reminders.
- You can now also share Unwind with your friends from the Settings.
- Fixed an issue where the streak was getting calculated incorrectly. When you start the app after this update, it will recalculate the streak and other stats once to keep them in sync.
- Fixes a crash for some watch users.

Unwind now supports the Apple Watch. If you have an Apple Watch, you can now take your breathing sessions right from your wrist without taking out your iPhone. As a bonus, you'll also see the change in your heart rate before and after the breathing session.
Heart Rate Change lets you validate the benefits of the exercises like never before! The heart rate change data will be available even if you perform your breathing exercises on your iPhone, provided you're wearing your watch.
Apart from the above, Unwind also has the following changes/improvements in this update:
- A new background scene, "Deep Space," which unlocks after seven days of mindfulness streak. I am sure it'll be worth it.
- No more annoying haptics on every single tap.
- Adding a feeling/note is now optional, and it doesn't default to "Great" anymore.
- Redesigned "Mindfulness History" screen.
- Fixed the bug where changing the exercise config was not updating the session duration for some users.
- Other minor improvements in the user experience.

- Each background ambiance now has unique ambient music played during the exercise, making the whole experience more immersive.
- The ambiance can now also be changed manually from the settings.
- Voice prompts and ambient music can now be toggled on or off separately.

- Before starting a session, you can now choose to change the duration of the exercise.
- The exercises will continue to run (and the audio will continue playing) even if the app goes to background.
