The UPMC Health Plan mobile app puts your health insurance information in the palm of your hand. It offers convenient, on-the-go access to your health insurance benefits and wellness plans. Whether you need to chat with a Health Care Concierge about a benefit related question or forgot your member ID card for your doctor’s visit, this app has you covered.

ACCESS INSURANCE BENEFITS
- View member ID cards for you and your family, and email them to your provider directly from the app.
- Review current coverage and benefits for you and your family.
- Use live chat and secure messaging to connect with a Health Care Concierge.
- Check the status of your recent claims and review your claim details.

FIND CARE IN YOUR NETWORK
- Easily search for in-network providers and hospitals.
- Browse medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health providers and facilities.
- Filter results by proximity, view directions, and tap to call a provider or facility.

WELLNESS CONNECTIONS
- Live chat with a health coach to set lifestyle goals or stay motivated.
- Track your steps with Apple Health app integration and check your Take a Healthy Step progress.
- Take the MyHealth Questionnaire to learn about your health, understand how to reduce your risks, and spend less on care.
