HEART RATE MONITOR SUPPORT
VALR is optimized for the Apple Watch. If you do not have an Apple Watch you can use your iPhone to benefit from the complete VALR training experience. Simply connect your iPhone with any heart rate monitor that uses the standard Low Energy Bluetooth 4.0 “Smart” Interface.
