Update some critical bugs

Fix bug non-stop ring-tone when having incoming call.

Update ring tone when new call is coming

- Lobby wait, require member in a meeting to admit entrance
- Search user on the same company.

Any user can create their own meeting schedule.
Users can also create a quick meeting in the meeting screen if the meeting room does not exist.

1. In the join a meeting screen, the user can input room name and room password as freestyle.
2. In the Meeting Screen, users can search and invite an in-system member or invite an external member via their email.
3. Apply a new security policy for both backend and frontend to make sure that no fake request can be successfully pass through the system.
