Free users have access to fun, easy, and low-barrier projects to meet school volunteer requirements. Paid subscriptions range from offering premium project access and tracking to verification and digital credentials.

All users can add volunteer hours to the app. The app will provide more guidance on adding hours such as the type of volunteer contacts that can and cannot be used for verifications. We updated the verification status and messages to keep users better informed.

Because VolunteerCrowd is launching one-on-one college and career advising services and customized verification services, we will not offer in-app purchases beginning with version 3.13.

VolunteerCrowd introduced shadowing opportunities for medical students. Students can now easily track job shadowing projects separately from volunteer hours. In addition, we improved the date-picker for adding volunteer, shadowing, and internship hours.
