Описание
VOSIS is a synthesizer combining audification of greyscale pixel data with several image filters. It is a tool for image sonification, visual music composition, and experimental sound design. The audification of pixel luminance values creates shape-timbre relationships. Pixel scan rate is controlled in terms of note interval, octave, and scale to give varying pitch between image regions. The ADSR envelope allows one to play images as a non-linear sequence of pitches with varying wavetable/timbre.

Идея просто потрясающая: ваш эмбиент создает звуки эмбиента для вас. Можно заставить звучать вашу комнату, ваше лицо или пейзаж за окном! Это просто находка для людей, любящих экспериментировать со звучанием.
Из недоработок приложения - проблема с ориентацией экрана и фотографий из галереи, но впечатление от программы это испортить не способно.

Tis app have few bugs though: problem with screen orientation and library images orientation (they're flipped upside down sometimes), but this little fact can't spoil my impression.
