Списали деньги за год 3890, подтверждения не запросили, хотя я удалила приложение, т.к. оно не работает с моим логотипом. Не вставляется .

Дважды списались деньги а приложение работать не хочет
У меня была подписка до 2.12.2020 за 3150₽, но приложение в какой то момент перестало добавлять водяные знаки из библиотеки. При переустановки приложения, оно повторно списало 3150₽ и также не работает. Как заставить его работать и вернуть повторно списанные деньги?
