WeJump is a very compact fitness training tool. You can create your training tasks in the app. And copy your code, use the chat app to share training configuration.
Originally it was an app for jumping rope, but I found that the part about creating tasks seems to be applicable to other exercises.

It may be difficult for non-developers, but according to the configuration instructions we provide, you may be able to understand this simple rule quickly.
By using it, you may find that the training plan you create is not limited to skipping, as long as it is interval training, you can create it through WeJump.
I've created many HIIT workouts myself and use them in actual workouts.
