After two years of development, we are happy to announce the all new Wokabulary 6!
Wokabulary 6 comes with new quiz modes, more powerful filters, tag management, image support, Apple Watch support, and more streamlined interface design.
Wokabulary 6 is a separate download and you can continue using Wokabulary 5 as it is.
This update includes announcements to Wokabulary 6 and instructions on how to migrate your data to Wokabulary 6.

What keeps us motivated is the feedback we get from our users. Many of you contact us not only to report bugs or problems, but to tell us how they use Wokabulary to learn foreign languages. And we highly appreciate all the ideas for improvement you send us.
We do not track our users or run fancy A/B testing in our apps. We are convinced that the best way to improve Wokabulary is to talk and listen to our users directly.
That is why we want to make it even easier for you to tell us what features and improvements you would like to see in Wokabulary. On our new platform feedback.wokabulary.com you can easily submit your ideas, as well as discuss and vote on the feature requests of other users.
We hope to see a lot of engagement there, so we can base further development of Wokabulary directly on our user community's needs.
Also in this version we improve importing of words. Now tags from the imported words will also be assigned when the imported word already exists in your vocabulary. By the way, this was a feature request from Reiner.
And we fixed a bug that would let Wokabulary crash when adding tags. Thanks to Olli for reporting this.

The term “default” originally means to fail (from Old French “defaute”). In software, default values are fallback values for when the user has ‘failed’ to input a value.
Maybe this negative connotation is why on macOS settings were never called defaults but “preferences”.

The term "cloud" comes from the Old English word "clod", which originally denoted a heap or hill of stones. Because rain clouds look like huge piles of rocks in the sky, the term "clod" was used as a metaphor and over time replaced the older term "weolcan". Замечательное приложение, но очень не хватает возможности создавать свои папки по темам.

Very nice!
This is a magnificent and convenient app! Definitely worth its money. Hovewer, I suggest the developers to add one more field along with “Comments”, like “Usage” or so, since sometimes I want to note down the synonyms, verb/noun forms etc. etc. as well as the way the word is used in written language. Putting these things in one place is definitely what makes the Comments section messy!
