Worries exist for everyone, whether we want them or not. It's not helpful to hold on to them too tightly. Worry Float can help you visualize your worries floating away.

Simply input what you're worried about and watch it float away. We often cannot control what's stressing us out and we often feel bad for feeling bad. However, by naming what we are worried about, it allows us to be more mindful of what we can and cannot control. Worry Float can help you take a step back and actually realize what's worrying you.

It is designed to be a simple app for one use case. Simply input your worry and watch it float away.
