Самокаты бывают убитыми, но сервис отличный
Служба поддержки очень быстрая и позитивная. Конечно много самокатов с поломками, но это логично для Еревана и его дорог :(

В приложении полно фантомных самокатов и великов. Те, что существуют, часто сломаны. Половина функций приложения не работает должным образом.

вы в курсе что у вас еще и самокаты появились?? нигде ничего нет про это везде только про велосипедов написано, добавьте прайс поездки в приложении !!!! 4 звёзд чисто поддержать проект

На велосипедах покататься так и на удалось, каждый что мне попадался был сломан.
Что касается самокатов, на каждом втором не работает звонок, но это мелочи.
И личная проблема: с меня списали лишние 1500 за какую-то поездку на 50 минут, когда я позвонила в поддержку мне сказали, что они разберутся и позвонят вечером. Так и не перезвонили.

Սկուտերների մեծ մասն անսարք են։Սկուտերը ամրագրելիս գումար է գանձում, սակայն այդ մասին ոչ մի տեղ գրված չէ։Զանգահարեցի հավելվածում նշված համարով և ոչ մի արձագանք։
