Implemented following features:
1. User (doctor/patient) can add three associated tags with his profile.
2. Also put the hash tags associated with ylive.
3. Search functionality by user name dr name hash tags at the home and discover page.
4. Go chat from which you can search from doctor name also from hash tags.
5. This filter should filter the post, live, profile or all and also topic
6. From search fields user can search by username , dr name , from details, or by hashtags
