The YMCA of the Triangle Fitness app helps you maximise your workouts!

Capture all your fitness activities into our easy to access app and turn it into engaging and motivating insights. Features include:

Workout Tracking
- Entry of workout data in and out of the facility, either automatically with a wearable, via xCapture, or manually entered.

Training Plans
- Optimal workouts with plans provided by your facility or trainer

Activity Levels
- Motivation and encouragement as you achieve higher levels

Challenges
- Time-based challenges offering kudos, activity points and rewards

Schedules
- View, manage, and book classes

The YMCA of the Triangle Fitness app uses HealthKit to save your workouts, so they can contribute to your fitness goals and challenges progress.
