I can accept a poor app, but poor customer service is just abhorrent in this day and age. Sadly this should be excepted with services in China.
Buyer beware, this app will update your settings so that you will randomly be charged for services. I signed up for a month’s service at the beginning of January, and suddenly at the end of April they charged me again for another month’s service. If you have used WeChat to set up an account they can charge your WeChat wallet whenever they want. And (big surprise!) if you call their customer service hotline they will just yell at you and say that you agreed when you paid for the first service to randomly have charges to your WeChat wallet in the future.
I can understand that gyms are really suffering financially during the pandemic but this policy, and subsequent customer service, are beyond ridiculous.
