Not working again. It appears to be working now
Update July 10, 2017. After a brief power outage (5 seconds), it stopped working again. Reset everything including router and my iPhone. I can see the cameras locally, but not remotely (away from LAN).
It would be nice if we could get some technical support. All the manuals are in Chinese. Why are they selling to the USA if they won't support the product. Beware!
For a month or more I could only see the cameras inside the same network. Did a lot of tinkering with port forwarding and static ip's but was only able to get one camera out of three to work on the app. Then just as we were looking for another camera system...Poof! Everything started working correctly again. For the money and when it was working, it's a good deal. Do not use sd slots. Only trying to keep an eye on my 89 year old mother in law.
Technical support is non-existent. Emailed a couple of times with no response. Of course my lack of knowledge of the Chinese language may have something to do with it. Hey guys, drop me a line if you would like to do better in the USA!
