When will you work with the updates ?
It’s been a few people who comment on the app not working with iphone 12 and ipad users when will you plan to resolve this ? It’s honestly making the company look bad and the lack of response by the team says a lot about how you lack any care for those who buy you’re product.

Love the app but would love more options
This app is so helpful with the scale to track my progress, however I wish you could dial in exact height. I am 5’8.5” and when you have to choose 5’8” or 5’9” is skews your results. For instance it will show you in the obese category when you chose 5’8” but when 5’9” you’re not. Also since I use a TDEE calculator I use my body fat % to calculate my calorie deficit, well, depending on the height I had to choose my body fat is different and the calories can be off by 30 or more. It may be seem trivial but these things matter when trying to lose weight and the fact I don’t know my exact Bodyfat % because of not being able to choose my exact height makes me give it a 4 star!

Impressed already with one suggestion
I just got a new smart scale and fired up the app. Works just as intended and I can tell it’s very accurate. One suggestion I have is when it shows the measurements and you tap one one, it shows the color bar describing how close you are to ideal. There is a marker above which shows which range you’re in, but isn’t precise. For instance I saw that I was in the “overweight” category, and I was shocked because the marker was in the middle of the line. Turns out I am only 0.3 BMI points from the healthy range, so I was expecting the marker above to be closer to the green bar. This seems like an easy fix, and I hope to use this app very often in the future!

Could be go, but isn’t.
This app is seriously out dated with numerous screen formatting problems across multiple iPhone generations. I really only use it now simply to import my scale data into health kit and far superior health monitoring apps. But the sad fact it is failing to provide a satisfactory end user experience for the extremely limited features it has. And it is clear at this point that the developers have no regard to providing their customers a quality product. Definitely use it to just import your data and use something/anything else to analyze your data.

Messed up tracking
I like the app and scale, but, when I view my weight and tap the tracking tab the week, month, and year are showing wrong time frames. The week shows about a month and includes the weights above each data point, the month shows the same time frame but without the weights, and the year shows a single day without the weight. Luckily it syncs with apple health which displays everything just fine.

App Needs to Be Responsive
I have an iPhone 12 pro and I can’t see a lot of the content cause the lower bar covers it. Dev need to go back in and move content up. It’s the worst on the graph page. I can only see the symbol not what the symbol means so I have no idea what I’m looking at on the graph.

This is honestly awesome
I normally don’t comment or review apps honestly. But I’m rlly happy with the way this works. Like it tells me so much information from body fat to BMI to skeletal mass. And beyond that it tells you what they mean, and where you stand relative to others (average above average, etc). Heads up, u need to get the scale to connect to the app

Works like it’s supposed to
I’ve compared my scale measurements to Lifetimes machine measurements and they are almost spot on. I feel sorry for whoever gives this a low rating that can’t figure out how to connect to Bluetooth or whatever, but this app is the best.

Love this app and scale
The scale just works, the app was awesome until I upgraded to an iPhone 12, now I can’t see the bottom of the screen. On the tracking page, I can only see icons. Someone wrote about this in December, I’m shocked it still hasn’t been fixed :( Once fixed, it definitely a 5 star app.

App not working
When I try to create an account, which is required to use the Bluetooth “smart” functions of the scale, the app is not working correctly. It lets me enter my email, but when you go to the next box to type a password, the keyboard goes away. I have to then force quit the app. I have been unable to create an account and the app is useless to me.
