iPhone X issue
Photos with this camera are saved as HEIC and the app does not recognize that format when pasting to Windows 10. Do I need to install a program on Win 10 to convert the format?

Requested help on this issue by direct communication on help line and got the response to the effect “sorry it does not work for you”. I found the answer myself and now the app works pretty well. The Web offers “free” apps to convert HEIC to JPEG but I chose to pay $5.00 to Microsoft hoping that by doing so the photos on my camera would not be shared with anyone. The Microsoft sponsored app is a little cumbersome requiring some extra clicks but it does work and photos on my iPhone X are transferred to Win 10 computer in high resolution to the file of my choice AND can be erased from my phone with a confirmation click on the phone.
This system is better than transferring images via iCloud app on Win 10

Amazing App, absolutely love it
I’ve been using AirMore for more than 3 years now and I’ve loved it. Not only is it a good way to wirelessly transfer music, photos and videos, it’s also a great music player. I put all of my music into this app because of its great and easy-to-use music player. With the playlists you can make to put certain songs in certain playlists, it’s amazing. You can also shuffle, replay a song, or play songs in order. Not only that, you can listen while your phone is turned off. The only thing that bothers me about the music player is the way you add songs to playlists. I have over 400 songs installed onto AirMore and whenever I want a certain song I’m listening to in a playlist, I can’t just add it when I’m listening to it currently, like when I’m on the screen where I can favorite it, pause, skip, etc.. I have to exit the selected screen and tap on the top right corner where it says “select” and it gives me a new page where it goes back to the top and doesn’t even show what song I’m currently listening to either. Anyways, amazing app, just one thing that bothers me about it, either way, I’m still using it for years to come!

Great app!!!
I loooove this app! It's ease of use and versatility. Allows me to customize my playlists exactly the way I want it without having to actually deal with iTunes. BUT lately it keeps freezing my phone or the app itself freezes after 2 or 3 songs. Then I have to reload the app and then it says it has trouble synching to my libraries. It will play the whole song then just pauses itself. When u try to get into the app or press play it freezes my whole screen then it won't work until I again reload the app after it unfreezes hours later. Please fix this!!! This was one of my fav apps!!!

Export/import button doesn’t work...
Think that kind of defeats the purpose of this whole application if when I spend some time selecting the photos and videos I want to export that when I tap the import/export whatever you want to call it... nothing happens. Tap again, nothing. Deselect all of the photos I individually selected because there’s no way to select a group of items quickly without having to select every photo/video on your phone. So I select one video. Tap import. NOTHING.
If I’m doing it wrong have a prompt saying “connect to a computer first” or something! No prompt, deceivingly simple instructions, and a waste of time to do something that should be very, very, VERY, VERY, VERRRYYYYYY, VERRYYYYYY, VEEEEEEERRRRRYYYYYYY EASSSYYYYYY.
Two stars for a nice looking useless app that wouldn’t even need to be around if Apple wasn’t idiotic and would allow for the most BASIC FUNCTION OF IMPORTING PHOTOS/VIDEOS FROM MY PHONE TO MY COMPUTER.

Not for those with huge music libraries
Cons:
-it messed up my album art both in this app and the iPhones own player.
- There is no search, no sort, no folders of artists and albums.
-You can only to scroll through song by song in a list with no order at all. a giant nightmare with my 600+ songs made worse with mixed up album art.
-I gave up and tried to fix the album art and add the music “the old fashioned way” with iTunes and this app already deleted and my album art is still messed up. I checked after I did it, when the phone was still hooked to the computer, it looked fixed but not five minutes later I was adding new music to a playlist and noticed everything had reverted with even having removed this app from my phone first.

-It imported my 600+ song music library in a couple minutes
- worked great when I transferred from the computer
- can play during apps that the iPhones native player can’t.
-the qr method makes it super fast to connect the accounts versus logging into another cloud like drive.
But after I can’t even fix the album art issue I’m going to have to take this from 3 stars to 1 star. I’m sure this would work for some people’s purposes so like some influencers I’m giving you why it didn’t work for me and my super large music library on my iPhone XR.

Almost useless
Wanted to use AirMore to get mp3s into my phone and then listen to them. AirMore achieves this but at a pretty bad price. MP3s get sent to a cloud instead of your device and that’s only after you had to spend 30 minutes connecting your phone to the website (which only got to work by connecting my phone physically instead of through WiFi so what’s even the point). At the very least you’re able to play the files in the background but even here some applications will just pause AirMore and then going back to it will crash the app. Many flaws for what is essentially connecting your phone with a cable and using another app.

Broken UI
The newest update breaks the music page. It tries to have a night theme but the song titles aren’t light enough to stand out against the black background. Instead of just making the titles white you made them gray for some reason. Also you can’t switch themes back so you’re stuck with the broken theme. Ironically every other page is still white which gives off an idea that someone sent out the app without finishing the UI.

I purchased this app to transfer 500 music files from my laptop to my iPhone and to then use as a music player. The transfer went extremely smoothly. The music player's UI is terrible, and the shuffle function doesn’t work, so the same ~50 songs are played over and over and over.
AirMore provides zero troubleshooting info about their music player, so I eMailed them. They had no advice and asked that I send my logs to them and they would "check it out soon." I did, and they didn't. I didn’t hear from them for 4 weeks, so I eMailed them again, and their response was that they hadn’t found a solution.
Poor product, worse support, and lousy communication.

Used to be useful - stalls on photo transfer
For about a year I’ve had chronic problems getting desktop Airmore to load the pictures list that allows selecting and uploading/deleting iPhone photos using my Win10 PC. For awhile (maybe two months?), clearing cookies, then switching browsers (Firefox -> Opera) solved the problem, but currently it awlays stalls on photos completely, sometimes flashes a brief message about failing to load the list, sometimes displaying a few pictures on the computer.
Works reasonably well for transferring files to & from iPhone, saving and displaying PDFs, text, audio & other files in straightforward directories.

Very good app
I had issues trying to move my thousands of pictures from my iPhone to my windows computer this app solve it. I was able to move everything from my iPhone to my laptop. The only down side is that you have to go little by little because when it’s so much files it kind of stops, but it also might be my internet. Very good app thanks a lot.
