Fixed a bug with getting free coins and made other improvements to the bonus items help game-play.
Also, a lot of users wrote in about a misspelling. However, "Beelzebul" is the correct spelling according to the ESV, which is the translation used for our trivia. Thank you to our users for helping us maintain a great app to grow in scripture!

Fun way to learn
I just usually play games on my phone or iPad to relax and when I say this app I was interested but thought no it wasn't what I wanted but I tried it and I'm glad I did it one of those games that you can be relaxing and play they give you help if you need it there's no timed rounds and it's got a way of making you look at the Bible in a new way it's like a good book or television program it makes you think and enjoy and learn in the best way

Great idea not ready for prime time
This game does test your Bible knowledge. It had me going back to the Bible or searching the net to find the answers which lead to learning more. However, the game rather too simple and clunky. I got 153 levels (1 question per level) for free; then the game told me that’s the highest level and asked me to buy coins to unlock more questions. Had the game worked properly, I may have; but it doesn’t. After each question, there is an “explain why” button that more often than not leads to a broken link. Some questions/images are too vague with no obvious answer. And it won’t let you fail. You are stuck in a question until you get it right. I would rather they tell me my answer is wrong, deduct some coins or something and explain why. Should have multiple questions per level so if you get one wrong, the game can give you another question to pass the level. Hope the developers put more thought into this. It’s otherwise a great idea.

Everything was great…
Everything was great up until I got to the question of “another name for satan”. The answer is beelzebub. The game said it was wrong. So I looked it up in my Bible app. Sure enough, I was right. Typed it in again, but spelled it differently because maybe I misspelled it the first time. I didn’t. So I closed the app thinking it would get it together and I could pass to the next question later. Later came and I went to play, this time though a b was missing. And it’s still missing. There’s no way for me to answer the question “another name for satan” and move on to the next question. The answer is beelzebub, but the game only has two b’s and any other answer will be wrong

I earned 430 points yet it wants me to buy more?
I can understand a free game being limited to 111 levels. I can understand buying coins to continue to higher levels, if you're one of those people who can't answer the questions properly the first try. I can even understand paying for upgrades.
What I can't understand is that the game tells you there are more levels, coins are needed for those levels, & coin chart starts at a minimum $.99 & goes quickly up from there. Apparently, there are no more levels after 111 & if you've actually answered every question correctly, which I did, you've supposedly earned plenty of points & should just be able to continue. So, ?????

Helps you learn, but...
I enjoy searching out answers to these questions, but it stopped at level 111 for me, then asked me to buy more coins. I didn’t. It wasn’t clear just what you could do with more coins to unlock more levels. Then I saw someone else’s review where he wrote that he did buy more coins and couldn’t get any higher levels. So it seems a little half baked. Also there’s an “explain why” link after each correct answer and mostly go to online Bible passages, but at least one (the longest verse in the Bible) took me to a useless page of links for click bait stuff, certainly inappropriate for anyone trying to delve deeper into the Bible. Also with the latest update it now has pop up ads.

I like it but...
I like the game, it really tests my bible knowledge, however I don't like that you can't turn off the sounds, and the pictures are pretty vague. I got to level 49, and did pretty well up to that point. I got stuck there, I used the Bible reference one. I found the answer, however when I went back to fill it in, they didn't have the correct letters. The word had 3 b's in it, and there were only 2, not happy. 😕
However the other 48 questions were great! So it's not that big of a deal, but just know that there are some mistakes in it. But that is to be expected.

Clearly has problems
Question #49: What is another name for Satan? 9 letters. The answer CLEARLY was Beelzebub, which I already knew by looking at all the given letters; however, there were ONLY 2 (supposed to be 3) B’s, so that could not be the answer —— right? WRONG! I googled 9 letter word for “another name for Satan”, and Beelzebub came up. Also, Bible reference Matthew 12:24 came up, which references Beelzebub as the prince of devils. So disappointed that I used up 20 of my coins to reveal a verse that I had previously been given in google, just to get the same answer. PLEASE DON’T LEAVE LETTERS OUT OF THE CORRECT ANSWERS; WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET ON TO THE NEXT QUESTION! I am now stuck on question #49, because you FAILED to add an extra “B” to reveal the correct answer!!!!!

I could hardly stop playing this. It was so much fun. I maxed out the level at 215, so I hope they will add more. I even started over again to see how much I retained. Still had to look up some answers. My only complaint is like so many others, the Guess the Scene pictures are difficult to understand and require you get the Bible verse clue. Overall, a small detractor. Great trivia!!

Just downloaded and started playing today, I am enjoying it so far! I like that it tells you where you can find it in the Bible when you answer the question! The only negative is that sometimes when I click on "Explain Why", it opens up to Page Not Found. Please fix.

Good work
I like most of the questions and the ability to look into answers. I don't like the questions with the pictures...the potential answers are too great. I also don't like that you can't turn off the sound effects. If you silence your phone, you can't hear the audio cues. Suggest having a "settings" button in which audio cues can be read using captioning and sound effects can be turned off.
