I love this app and use it regularly. I typically use it at night when going to bed and find it helpful to fall asleep after.
What's missing is a dark mode for those that don't want a bright white screen housing all the options

I don't believe it but it works wonders.
I have myasthenia Gravis but this app is giving me energy and strength. I also have shaved minutes off the time it takes me to do a NY Times crossword. I have told friends and family about the app but nobody believes me, except my personal trainer who sees the results in my workouts. Great, great app.

Great App! The Calm Down and Dive Quickly and Deeply are Awesome, when I can't myself turn off at Bedtime. The Quick Mental Refresher is great while studying to stay focused at the task at hand.
