Over the years, to plan my training I used everything from complex spreadsheets to simply writing things down on paper, and along the way I kept thinking, again and again: “There HAS to be a better way”.
In a sea of weight training apps, I wanted something different. No overly complicated tracking, just the essential features that are necessary to follow a workout plan consistently.
I wanted to come up with something that everyone who worked out would be able to use without having to stress about tracking down to every single rep.
This is why I created Built, it makes it easy to track your workouts without any unnecessary complication.
Built makes it easy to stick to a plan and intelligently train the right muscles on the right days.
You can build your own training plan from scratch or select from one of our built in plans and add custom exercises to best align to your training style.
