HUGE blessing & resource!!

A friend told me about Christian Hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with my first child. Sometime during my third trimester, I started listening to the tracks as I went to bed. As I listened, I would calm down from the stress of the day as these truths centered my thoughts. Most nights, I would fall asleep in a matter of minutes! I slept so well. I listened to the tracks at other times, really trying to make sure I knew the positive affirmations in advance of labor. When my labor began and ramped up, I played the tracks non-stop all the way thru my baby girl’s birth! When the contractions were really intense and I started to give in to anxiety, my husband would repeat back some of the positive affirmations—he had been listening too. These truths were deep in my heart, so when my husband spoke them to me, it was like an arrow hitting its mark, and I calmed down immediately. Now I’m pregnant with my second child. My husband often encourages me to listen to my affirmations, because he knows how much this truth helps me. If u have trouble going to sleep, I just turn them on, and that’s the end of the story! I’m so thankful to have this resource to use myself and share with others. I’m also so grateful that the affirmations are Scripture based and therefore TRUE!

Helped me have an incredible birth!

My first birth was long and hard. I wasn’t as prepared as I thought to do it naturally, especially mentally. I couldn’t relax between contractions and ended up getting an epidural. I’m super thankful I had a healthy baby girl, but wanted a different labor and birth experience the next time around. I used this app with my second. I listened to it before bed most nights starting in the second trimester. It really helped me pray through fear and align my heart with God’s for childbirth. My water broke a few days after my due date and contractions came fast! I turned my app on and focused on breathing and trusting the Lord and my body to do what it needed. I had a 45min drive to the hospital and it was miraculously much easier than I imagined as I listened to the hypnobirthing tracks and just kept breathing out “Jesus” during contractions. When I got to the hospital I was 9+ cm and rushed from triage to delivery! My labor was about 4 hours total and I know the Lord was with me in all of it, helping me relax and work with my body and baby. So thankful I found this app. Even beyond childbirth, I’ve become much better at deep breathing, meditating on scripture, activating a deep state of relaxation, and I sleep better when I use this app before bed!

Pain Free Natural Dream Birth

I absolutely loved using this app during my pregnancy in preparation for my home birth in January. I read the Hypnobirthing book and really loved the ideas they presented but wasn’t sure if I would be able to do it, but this app really helped bridge the gap for me. I happened upon this app while searching for a Hypnobirthing app to learn more. It gave the scripture I needed to be able to be confident in my ability to do this. I used the techniques I learned through the book and this app during the 72 hours of prodromal labor prior to active labor beginning and then during actual labor. I can honestly say my labor never registered as being painful. There were times I would label as intense, but never painful. On January 13, 2019 at 11:38 pm, I gave birth to our third beautiful baby boy in our home after about 12 hours of active labor . It was the birth I had always dreamed of and I am now a firm believer that you can experience a natural birth without pain and that birth is not something to be feared. This was such a peaceful and beautiful experience that as soon as he was born, I wanted to do it all over again. My wish for every mother is to have a birth as calm and comfortable as mine was. Thank you for providing this app to contribute to that experience.

Gamechanger

I stumbled across the Christian Hypnobirthing app during the last half of my second pregnancy. I started to consistently listen to it as I feel asleep, when I went for walks or took baths. I even used it during labor.
The truth I absorbed changed me. The verses and affirmations, the breathing exercises - All of it helped to ground and stabilize me, even in the midst of disrupted sleep, wacky hormones and waves of fear. Birth seemed less daunting. I entered labor without fear. My heart settled, my mind stopped spinning, I found my inner footing. My mindset surrounding pregnancy, birth and parenting became more empowered and rooted in truth. I started to believe with even more conviction that God was present. That He was strong enough to uphold me and my baby. That His design was wise. That His love casts out fear.

This app is a practical tool to simply remind you of what is real and true! It directs your emotions and thoughts away from anxiety, fear, the exhaustion of control.. and places you in the sweet realm of surrender and peace. It will transform your experience! Try it!

Thank you for this app!

After having two medicated hospital births, God directed me to prepare to deliver our third child at home, completely unmedicated. As I’ve sought His direction in how to prepare myself for this experience, I have a lot of fears to overcome and have sought to turn my trust over to Him. As I searched for various mediation and Hypnobirthing practices, other programs felt very luciferian and focused on myself. I knew I wanted something centered on Christ and the strength only He can give. I was overjoyed to find this app because it is everything I was looking for! It is simple, focused on Christ, and gives me strength and courage to cast out all fears as I’m working on strengthening my mind and body for labor. The affirmations, scriptures, and visualizations are more detailed and helpful than what I was able to come up with on my own. As I’ve been using the app everyday to prepare for this baby’s arrival, I have become more connected to God in this journey and feel more prepared. Thank you for creating this app!!

Amazing birth!

I just have positive things to say about this app and the wonderful things in it! I’m so thankful that the creator put all her love into this and definitely agree with all the beautiful affirmations. I love her voice and could listen to the tracks all night to sleep!
I watched the course videos and did it all on my own time and they definitely helped refresh what I’ve learned throughout my journey to number 3 as I had been wanting to birth naturally and finally had the support and confidence to do it! Loved this and I encourage this plus ina mays guide to childbirth! These two things definitely made my birth one of the easiest and most beautiful births! I think I had a great experience and definitely lucked out! I had no ring of fire (baby came shooting out like a rocket, thanks FER!), no tearing, no bleeding until placenta came out, and I breathes through each contraction while listening to the tracks! Loved loved loved and will use this for every birth here on out! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful resource, def helps!

I completed your course and started listening to tracks very early in my pregnancy. Just wanted to say that I dilated to a 10 without even knowing it listening to these tracks! No pain at all! My blood pressure suddenly dropped when I transitioned and since I was trying for VBAC, I got rushed to the OR for fear of rupture. Everything calmed down by the time I got there, but they were worried and made me start pushing. That’s when I started to hurt, along with doctor trying to manually turn baby off of my curved tail bone. My birth did not go exactly how I had envisioned, but I got my VBAC and was pain free up to forced push time. I also felt very comfortable asking for what I wanted and questioning decisions. Midwife and doctor were extremely supportive. The doctor (who I had never seen up to this point) wanted me to have a VBAC as much as I wanted to! Sweet man!

This is an amazing resource, thank you! I really appreciate how God’s word is throughout your course and tracks!

Helped me through an induction sans epidural

I was expecting to have a c section until 36 weeks, when I was cleared for a vaginal delivery, and I immediately downloaded this app and purchased the course. I only had three weeks of listening to it every night in the bath, but it was enough to help me get in the practice for breathing and keeping a relaxed mindset. I ended up on pitocin for my labor, just like I had for my first, but the experience was so much better than it was the first time when I hadn’t done any preparation. Instead of feeling panicked and out of control, I was able to maintain a sense of calm. Listening to the tracks, especially the encouraging scriptures, helped me to constantly keep my focus on God’s grace throughout the labor process. The nurses and midwife kept commenting how peaceful the room was and how I seemed way more relaxed than they would expect based on the frequency and strength of the contractions. Thank you for this resource - it was such a game changer for me!!

The mindset preparation I needed!

As we prepare for our third birth and first home birth, I’ve known one thing I wanted to do differently is to do more mindset prep and practice relaxation actively leading up to the birth, but I didn’t really know how to do it. It felt awkward to do it myself even with some exercises I have written down in a childbirth education book. I’ve been listening to the free track on this app for about two weeks and feel more empowered, positive, and psychologically prepared for the positive, peaceful, and spiritual home birth that I’m confident we will have. I’m at 38 weeks and listening to this track has made a huge difference - it’s never too late to use it! The thing I love most about it is that it faith-based and helps me really center myself on God’s love in the context of birthing. I can’t wait to use this during labor and I’m subscribing to tap into the rest of the content. Thank you so much for this resource - it’s exactly what I needed!

Great resource for believers

This app is an excellent companion to the hypnobirthing class I took through the Positive Birth Company. It’s so encouraging to have tracks that point back to our strength coming from God rather than simply within myself. As a mom-to-be, listening to the Scriptures being read along with the affirmations track has helped put me in a good head space.

I wish there were an accompanying class, but like I said, it paired nicely with the secular online class I was already taking.

I would definitely like to see a few tweaks to the app for future use such as a higher text:background contrast (it’s very hard to read the words on the main menu), a simple way to download tracks within the app for offline use, and a general tightening up of the design and flow. The app is a little clunky, but I still really appreciate the value added to my life from the quality of the audio tracks! (Also, I love the reader’s accent!)
