Needs Improvement
I’m giving 5 stars because I like the game. At the present moment it seems to be having technical issues because it’s froze no matter how many times I open and the close the app. The other issue I have is when I have all my shields and I get more on a spin I believe I’m suppose to get them as extra spins. This does not happen. Other than that I’m having fun.

Not getting items paid for
I have been playing this game for several months and made a few purchases in the game. Each time I have made a purchase I have only received half of what the offer was and have contacted support through the game as instructed. Every time I have tried to co tact support about my issues and supplies the proof I get no response from anyone. This has made my experience with this game less favorable and willing to continue playing. This is sad as I have a created a really good team of players and would hate to leave. It seems the developers are only out to take your money and not stand by what they offer. I am sure I am not the only one this has happened as well. If you are really listening then help me get what I paid for. !!!!

Frustrated
I love playing this game but I have issues with it. I was playing last night and got up to 2325 spins. I got up this morning and they were all gone. I have tried several times to contact you about this problem and have received no response. So I’m just going to delete the game and stop playing. I don’t know why or what happened but I’m really frustrated about it. I worked hard to get those spins and was doing very well with the game now this. Another thing is I brought the bank but I didn’t get the bank. And there’s not anyone to discuss these issues with so I’m done. It was fun while it lasted I guess. Time to find another game.

Not getting my rewards!
I started this game a few weeks ago and absolutely love it so much that I spend actual money every week on it! My only complaint is that I’ve only received the extra reward 3x for finishing an entire village when the extra reward is available and I’m on level like 50 something. So I’m owed quit a bit of spins and coins for completing the “village upgrade” challenge. I know I’m never going to see that reward and that’s probably what will make me either stop playing all together or spending actual money on the game. And that’s super crappy bc I actually love this game😞

FRAUDS
This game is the absolute biggest ripoff of any phone game out there. Your algorithms are horrendous and they are frauds. They do not replace rolls when their game glitches every other week. Heck, they still owe me over 10,000 rolls from last year. People make purchases and don’t receive their purchase and nobody in customer support to return their money to them or give them their purchase. It’s a game that’ll make you pay to play, but do not spend a dime on it because 3/4 of the time people don’t get what they paid for and don’t get their money back. Worst game ever and it really should be taken out of the App Store before they rip more people off from their hard earned money. Delete it and don’t download it.

Giving it one more try
So I had this app for few days last week played liked it thought it was pretty great.. but then game needed an update and was terrible & I mean horrible afterward. So after writing to moonjoy the creators I’d figure I’d check and see after couple days if it had been fixed or not… BIG FAT NOPE 👎 So of course I deleted the game.
Fast forward a week later …
bc I love Coin master so much and this game is very similar I thought I’d give them benefit of doubt and try one more time.
So here it goes the Game has just down loaded and I’m bout to go try again… hopefully all is good now or I will not be giving any more chances. And delete indefinite. If it’s good I will most definitely be back to update my review.

Started awesome
I started playing this game a month ago and I really loved it! I was able to get lots of cards get lots of spins and bonuses and obviously as I leveled up it got harder but they had great deals that you could buy some spins and specials but if you plan on continuing to play this game and level up and make progress be ready to spend a lot of money! I spent almost $100 and didn’t get anything but about 10 minutes of extra play. Total waste of money and The more you spend the more it seems like you don’t ever get any decent spins or rewards. You can plan not use any money but you won’t ever be able to get your collections of cards filled. Very disappointing.

CAN’T LEAVE TEAM 😡
There needs to be an option to join the monster fight or whatever you call it. I’ve been trying to leave the team I’m on but EVERYTIME I try, it says I’ve joined team monster event. I didn’t join, it joins you automatically 😡!!!!!! Make it possible to leave a team. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! This is ridiculous, the team I’m on is rude and most everyone else that was originally on it have recently been able to leave, HOW are they leaving?? I love this game, it’s my favorite and I play it every chance I get. But for the past month I’ve been trying to leave my team and can’t. Make that possible and I’ll change to 5 stars. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏

This game was good until it wasn’t 🤷🏾♀️🙄i LITERALLY just started playing maybe a day or two ago and i love this game don’t get me wrong but now it just won’t go past the slot machine screen which is kind of upsetting because i was addicted to playing this game until it started acting y’all definitely need to fix this 🙄

Love the game but almost a month now it won’t let you connect to Facebook. And it asks you to brag any time you get an ace card. Attack. Or do a mini game. And then if you try to skip it (because Facebook is down ) it asks you are you sure. It’s just very annoying right now. And I haven’t seen anything about an eta. iPhone user.
