After we build your sleep profile, you’ll receive a customized daily program with goals that you can tackle each day, like cutting back on caffeine, fitting in some exercise or creating a consistent wind down routine.

MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY
You’ll get check-ins from your sleep coach, a trained, licensed professional who you can text to answer all your questions. You’re not alone in your sleep journey — you can exchange ideas and learn from your community of fellow Deep’ers along the way.
** How does my sleep coach help me achieve my goals? **
Your dedicated sleep coach is a trained professional, licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sleep Medicine with at least 500 hours of clinical training in sleep hygiene, cognitive behavioral science and patient care.
Just as important, they’re real people who understand how much sleep can affect your day, for better or worse.
Your sleep coach is available daily via text to answer questions and make sure your goals are working for you. Say goodbye to your frantic 3am insomnia Googling and hello to human-to-human text conversations.
** How is Deep more effective than CBD, trackers and other solutions? **
We’re all about long term, lasting change. CBD and supplements are effective for some people in the short term, but the best way to gain more satisfying sleep over time is to incorporate healthy habits that not only improve your sleep each night, but your days that follow as well.
** How does Deep incorporate science into its approach? **
Every step of your plan is underpinned by clinically validated science. Deep’s program is designed by leading sleep researchers from Harvard, incorporating:
- Cognitive behavioral science: learning and retraining your mind’s relationship with sleep using exercises and techniques
- Behavioral sciences: understanding what motivates us to change behavior, then using prompts and tools that make it easier for us to make those changes
- Sleep science: methods that have been clinically proven to improve sleep quality
** How personalized will my plan be? **
We’re going to get to know each other pretty well. We’ll start with a detailed questionnaire that will help us get to know your current habits and determine what we call blockers — the little things that are probably contributing to you not getting as good of sleep as you’d like.
From there, we’ll determine your micro goals and lay out what we need to work on week by week. We’ll do check-ins and adjust your goals throughout the 90-day program to make sure we’re focusing on solving the right problems and building the most effective habits.
