I downloaded your app, can not get past the registration. Why and how do I get a validation code? Nothing in the instructions and asking for help is in Chinese. That’s why the 1 star

Anyone got this app to work?
Update 12/2/2019: Bluetooth is working better now and the firmware for the watch has been updated a few times. Still a little buggy. Noon reads 00:00 instead of 12:00 in the 12 hour mode. No provision for showing temperatures in F instead of C. Notifications don’t always work. But it is ok as a pedometer and heart rate monitor.
