Not enough options. For instance, who wants to take an hour break to eat and stretch after only 45 minutes of getting things done? And stretching/exercise is generally better to be done before eating anyway. And what if you’d rather meditate first, rather than late in the routine? Or what if you don’t meditate? You can’t shift things around to find what works best for you or relabel things to fit your life, like lying down to rest for those with energy issues, rather than an active break that takes all your energy. And going from a 6 hour routine to an 11 hour routine with no options in between seems odd. Maybe good for working from home, but maybe not in an office. So, yeah, I like using it in principle, but the three routine options just don’t work for me. Perhaps I’ll hang onto it a while and see if update it with more options (hopefully!), but meanwhile I guess I’ll return to using study pomodoro videos with asmr. One thing I do like is that it pauses when one thing is done, so if you get caught on a phone call, you don’t have to pause it and can just continue with the next thing when you are ready.
