Thanks for using face2face!
This update introduces some amazing new features that were developed with the help of real face2face users like you:
- The number of exercises you've performed today is now visible on the main screen.
- When you perform an exercise, you'll see a bar showing you the symmetry of the facial features you are exercising. And also a bar showing the strength of your exercise, if appropriate. These symmetry and strength scores can be reviewed in your calendar.
- When you complete an exercise, you'll be prompted to enter a rating for it, which you can also review in your calendar.
- When you share the exercises you've performed, it will include the scores and ratings.
- There's some extra guidance when you start an exercise, explaining how long to perform your exercise.
- You can now choose to use a lips-only or eyebrows-only mask, to help you concentrate on these features when exercising.
- You can see some more details about the exercises, including how many times you've performed it, and the last time you performed it.
- The calendar has a new look to make it easier to use.
- Finally, there's a nice surprise in store every time you finish your exercises!

Thank you for using face2face!
I've made it easier to start your exercises, and easier to carry on exercising once you've started!
Use the new "Recent" and "Frequent" sections of the Exercise list to quickly choose from your most recent and frequent exercises.
I've also added an introductory / explanatory video when you first open the app. It will explain what the app is and how to use it.
You can also now choose the voice you'd like to read out the exercise instructions.

face2face has had a major revamp and is now a lot easier to use.
Simply tap the great big "Start Exercising" button to be guided through how to setup your appearance and perform your exercises.
You can also now use the app to set a reminder for yourself to perform your exercises.

Now when you start face2face for the first time you'll see some welcoming onboarding instructions. These guide you through how to use the app. You can always view these instructions again by going to "Settings" and then "Repeat onboarding".
I've made it easier to change your appearance, with a dedicated button on the home screen.
Users using iOS VoiceOver will now have a better experience: descriptions have been added to buttons, menus, and other screens.

Not only have I been polishing face2face to make it look fantastic, but I've added a huge update to Routines, which can now include as many exercise repetitions as you like, AND you can specify exactly how long an exercise should last!

The main exercise screen has been updated to make it even more beautiful:
The instruction label is easier to read at all times.
It's easier to see what mode you're currently in when using dark mode.
There's also a couple of tweaks on other screens:
The calendar will scroll to the bottom after it appears, making it easier to see the latest dates.
It's more obvious that selecting a contact option will open a new screen.
The mask and eye gallery layouts have been updated on iPad to make all images fully visible.
There's also a new feature that hopefully you'll never see: if your device gets too warm when using face2face, you'll see a message asking if you could stop and let the device cool down.
As well as all of the above, Pro subscribers can now:
See which exercises are in each routine.
Share which exercises they have performed on a certain day.
Manage their subscriptions from inside the app subscription screen.

Thank you for using face2face!
In this latest update I've added 2 major new features:
1. Custom routines
You can now create your own custom routines of exercises to perform sequentially one after another.
2. Full exercise history
Every exercise you complete is now saved locally for you to refer back to later.
I've also added a couple of not-that-big-but-still-quite-big features:
1. You can now share your progress from within face2face! Just tap the "share" button on the screen after completing an exercise and tell your friends and family about all the exercises you've completed that day!
2. The Settings screen is a bit bigger to make it easier to use, but you'll still see your face when selecting a mask, eyes, or a blur.

I hope you're enjoying using face2face, I'm enjoying making it! Here are the new features in this bumper update:
- When you're choosing your appearance, the menu doesn't cover all the screen, ensuring you have a clear view of your selections.
- You can now choose an eye colour to show in the augmented mode. This is further helping to make the masks look natural.
- You can also now choose to reduce the amount of blur in the blurred view. This is great for building your confidence!
- There's a couple of new masks to choose from. See if they help you to refine that motor control!
- When you go to choose those masks, you'll see which one you've got currently selected.
- The words of instruction at the top of the screen and the mode selector have been made easier to read in live mode.
- The year has been added to the calendar.
You'll also notice:
- A cool new app icon.
- A new appearance when you select an item in a gallery.
- A bit of rewording in the "Contact" section of the settings.
- When using a device that doesn't support facial tracking, you won't see the option to choose an augmented reality mask.

We've added some big new features in this major update of the app:
- Your eyes are beautiful! face2face now tracks your eyes and shows a representation of them in augmented mode. This helps to make the augmented faces look a bit more natural.
- You can now choose which exercise you want to perform! So you can repeat your favourites over and over again to build your strength!
- If supported by your device, you can now choose what augmented mask you'd like to use. We'll be adding more in the future so be sure to check back soon!
- You can now reach out to us straight from the app! Visit the new settings page where you'll find some contact details if you want to get in touch.
As well as all this, we've also made some smaller changes to make the app even better:
- The last used mode will be resumed when you restart the app. So if you prefer the blur or normal modes, you'll see these the next time you start the app.
- You won't be able to start another exercise If you're already in the middle of one.
- If the AR tracking starts whilst you're in normal video mode, you won't see the AR mask appear on your face.
- We've updated the appearance of the calendar to include the days of the week.
