What All Match 3 Games Should Aspire To
Don’t let the minor glitches in the beginning keep you from playing this game (and they might be fixed by the time this is published). I love match 3 games, but quite honestly, 95% of them are awful or simply ad generators. And sadly, many that I enjoy I end up deleting because they become ridiculously expensive to play (i.e. $9.99 for 100 gems that last 3 rounds - you have to be rich or oblivious to keep playing).
This game however, I would pay to purchase. There are different options for time and move challenges and and an excellent “learn as you play” tutorial (which is helpful because the designer has incorporated several new match 3 twists). If the graphics were improved, this could be an Apple Arcade Grindstone type hit for me. I hope other game designers read this and invest more in clever and original match 3 gameplay. Thank you IronCode Gaming for this unexpected delight and please develop many more like it! (I swear I was not paid to write this, nor am I related to any of the employees. Lol!)
