Haypi Kingdom is a massive multiplayer online iPhone game set in the middle ages. My account is gone:(
I've been playing this game for a few years now and I'm pretty advanced in the game. I told my password to my alliance leader (We trust each other a lot!) and at that time i didnt have time to manage my account so i told him to help me do the usual (collect daily gifts, support troops, donate to alliance etc) ,and I didn't mention not changing the password because I didn't know you could change it. So I assume he changed it and now I have no idea how to get back my account and login. I can only retrieve password for haypi monsters, dragon etc but there is no such service for haypi kingdom on the forums. I'm pretty sure I have linked my email to the account already and I have also linked my gamecentre to it. My IGN is Joel7050 and my alliance leader's IGN is Cajigas. I can't login to a new account since my account is already binded to the "start game" button. So I've reinstalled the app, but I don't know which server I was on after all those server merges so I didnt know which server to switch to to find my account... So, Can any admins or someone help me get my account back somehow? Thanks!!

Password broken
It's been a few years since I last played and, well, since that point not much has changed besides the fact that retrieve password is broken. I went to forums and the only real advice I found was by a random player saying just to wait for it to load and I clicked it, and fell asleep that night but when I woke up the next morning it was still giving me a white screen. Please fix this so I can access my original account and then you will get 5 stars

The app support is terrible!!!! They have let go of this game pretty bad! 135 servers are outta the game because support is lazy! They should feel real bad for the people who bought in app purchases. Guess what... No refunds! They have a few servers left but thats it! Server 135 gone, server 134 gone! App support is once again lazy and crappy. I wrote that first part a year ago. I decided to check out the game again and its all i could do not to throw my phone at the lag. I am very mad about this because i still have like 30-45 accounts spread over all of the servers. Screw you haypi. Not just your support but haypi itself. If you make a game keep it up or take it down don't let it die. If i made a game and even one person wanted to play it i would be proud. Ik for a fact there is more than 500 people wanting to play the game but your lag is preventing people from having fun. I will come back in a few weeks again and update this review. Thanks haypi and please fix the lag. Thats my only complaint for now.

The only challenge is getting a connection
While this game may have once been a leader in the mobile app MMO genre, it's graphics, layout, and mechanics are now dated. Most players and publisher support have moved on to greener pastures. The current "game" is so plagued by connectivity issues that completing simple tasks are now next-to-impossible and frustrating. In the past, periods of connectivity issues resulted in a fix, an apology from admin, and an consolatory gift of in-game coins or resources to make up for the inconvenience. Nowadays, there are no fixes, lag is the norm, there is no communication or consolation from admin, and there is absolutely no reason to download this app. To have this app still listed in the App Store, even as a free item, is ridiculous given the indifference the developers have shown to its users.

Could Be Better
I've played this game twice and left for the same reason twice. The general game isn't bad,keeping up with troops and making sure they don't starve is something that will keep you up at night,literally. Hopefully people plan it alright,but wait you could get attacked and most of your troops will be ok though,nope starve to death.. That's one issue. The second is when a player who is ranked top five in a server can continually destroy everything you work to build. So even if you get good in keeping troops alive there is no reason because someone will just come by and destroy it all. So if you want to have fun,try a different game,if you are looking to waste money and time,play this game.

Great for its type of game
I have almost nothing but good things to say about this game, i have played it many times and for a very long time, it has a great community and great exploration and interactions as well as providing healthy competition, id say its almost perfect but thats inly because because it leaves the feeling that their should be more features somehow, i cant think of anyway to do this but its just the feeling of wanting more that it doesnt satisfy but over all its an amazing game have recommended it to others already

Don't update if you wanna be able to play!
It's now been 6 days since I've been able to get the app to open, the last email I got from support, 3 days ago, simply stated they were gonna check to see if my troops. No mention on what the problem or the solution was. Nor did they give and apology! Simply put IM DONE WITH THIS GAME!
Yup update broke it! App crashes with in seconds of trying to open... Awesome! I'm still gonna give it four stars cuz it's fun when you can get on and play!
Update: It's been 2.5 days since I updated and I'm still unable to get The app to open. 100% positive my troop have starved out of hunt by now! I emailed support 36 hours ago and have heard NOTHING back. Thanks for your lack of caring! I'm changing my rating!

When this game started it was great. But over the years of playing it Haypi got worse and worse. They made their money off of all us and don't care about fixing continuous problems time after time. From now on I will delete ALL Haypi Games and spread the word that Haypi just wants YOUR MONEY and then after numerous problems won't fix it in a timely matter. So then you lose your progress and money just to start over. So in regards to this game and any other Haypi game I urge you to be wise and not support these kind of game distributors. And lose your Hard earned money and Time.
Please spread the word it's us little guys fighting against the big corporate people.

Please update this game. I’ve been waiting forever because I felt as if you guys may do it eventually but every time I look I still can’t download it on my phone. Even if you don’t add anything new to it just add support for everything past iOS 11. I had so many good memories in this game and still really enjoy playing it, I just bought an old iPhone on an older version of iOS so I can hopefully still play it.

Very addicting and fun to play
I have been playing Haypi Kingdom for quite some time now, and I must say that it is among my favorite games to play. It is incredibly fun and addicting, and once you start it's difficult to stop. However, the benefits far outweigh the costs, and I would highly recommend the game to anybody who enjoys fantasy MMORPGS in the slightest way. Oh, and please refer XHDarkStar if you do choose to register.
