What is a Guided Visualization?
Guided visualizations are a form of mental visualization that involve creating images in your mind with the guidance of a facilitator. To do this, you may close your eyes, focus on your breath, and focus on specific sensations or feelings as you create a mental picture. Guided visualizations can activate a naturally immersive altered state with or without psychedelics.
The Limitless app offers two types of guided visualizations: Mindset Microdoses and Journey Macrodoses. Mindset Microdoses are short visualization techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere, to navigate daily life with ease. Unique and transformative experience!
I’ve tried so many other apps and these guided visualizations are unlike any I’ve used before.
