GRock1988,
Has potential
The actual mobility content is awesome, but the UX needs some work. It’s kind of unclear what the timer is asking the user to do (what does it mean when the timer start counting down again on the same exercise? Why are some exercises only ever done on one side?) Also, a transition time between exercises would be helpful. I love the autoplay option, but I have to restart the timer for each exercise since it takes 10-15 seconds to transition between them. It would also be great if there was a way to keep the phone screen open during the mobility session. I keep having to stop/come out of the stretch to open my phone back up, or I have to continuously tap the screen to keep it from closing. Lastly, it’s unclear what the difference in price is between having just the manual and having the subscription as well. I’m definitely interested in the paid product, but even after scouring the app and the website I’m still confused about the subscription part of it. This app seems awesome and has a lot of potential, and I hope it continues to improve!

Awesome content
The program is awesome, and the content is clear.
The app needs improvement. It crashes if I receive a call or any notification while using it. If I don't use the autoplay, it repeats the same exercise. I can't listen to my music. I need to watch the screen to check the status of the exercise. Sometimes is so frustrating that I give up because It takes time to manage all these issues.

Content is great, app is really lacking
I really love the content, it’s great and I’d give that 5 stars. However, I’m rating this 2 stars because the app does not function well at all. I purchased the oly lifting manual and the monthly membership, but I’ve only been able to get the daily flows to load once, all other times it infinitely loads. I also tried resetting the manual itself back to day one using the reset progress option and that doesn’t work either. I’ve tried logging out and back in, deleting and re-downloading the app, but nothing changes. In addition, a lot of the timers for moves are unclear, and some moves are unilateral but the timer only accounts for one side. I’d recommend focusing on building an app that is sound, functional and user friendly before creating new protocols and plans. I would consider subscribing again and improving my rating if the app was better.

Grade A Program, App Needs Work
I purchased MM online a while back and really enjoyed the programming. It’s given me the best results mobility wise compared to RomWOD and GOWOD. I think it largely has to do with the how programming revolves around 3 sets of a few movements as opposed to working someone through a one set of multiple movements for 15-20 minutes. 5/5

The app itself needs some work. It isn’t too bad, but the timer as others have mentioned is a little ehh. Additionally, it would be nice to have a slight countdown before switching to the next movement instead of moving right into the movement. 3/5

Excited to see what changes may occur in the future. Big fan so far
SSFabian,
Feeling more mobile!
I really enjoy the weightlifting specific program. Like mentioned from those before me I believe it’s because you’re focusing on a few movements for multiple sets. The app interface is a bit tricky. I would like to see a countdown so that you know to move to the next movement because there is no audio and would like to would like to resume where I left off in the protocol should I need to exit the app for any reason. Additionally, I much prefer to purchase a particular protocol then subscription base to access “hips or shoulders” if that is available in the future.
YNike,
Great App, Easy to follow through
I love this new app, it’s easy to follow through. I bought the mobility manual while back a year or two ago and it was just on a website, it still was great content and useful exercises and helped me improve mobility but now with this new app it’s even better. Couple suggestions I wish the app had is “favorite protocol” and “notes” options
816lucas,
Good but not 100% clear.
The timer isn’t clear most of the time as far as why there are 2 sections for a total amount of time where 1 would work or why the video constantly has him going through the motions when it seems like we should be staying in the position for a stretch. It’s pretty good overall and I’m excited to see my mobility improve but I feel there’s a few kinks to work out.

Great Concept
This is a great concept for lifters. The only issue is, the only difference between not having an app and this app is none. It’s not effective at all. The videos are nice quality and I can tell someone meant to make it user-friendly but the execution of this app is 2-3 stars at best. The videos get stuck often. There’s no option to mark things as complete. Honestly if they want to know how to make a good app, download ROMWOD and start copying with a little “original pazzaz”. Imitation is the highest form of flattery. Great program, garbage app
Dmobility8,
Timer and sound need improvement
The timer on workouts can be confusing, as in it is sometimes unclear how long you should be doing an exercise and on what side of the body. There are also no audio cues when the timer ends so you’re forced to look at your phone to see if the time has ended. It would be incredibly helpful is audio cues were added when the timer for exercises ended
Espo109,
Great mobility results - UI is solid but not great
The results speak for themselves. Especially at a great profile. UI needs work. I would like a sound countdown so I can hear the reps or time while stretching when I can’t see the screen.
