Adell has been my favorite yoga teacher for years, particularly because she has continued to study and grow over this time. She really practices what she preaches and invests time daily to improve her mind, body, and spirit. She is so open about her humanity of dealing with trials and tribulations, not projecting a picture-perfect bendy yogi image. And as her students, we benefit greatly from her accumulation of knowledge (not theoretical but practical! She really does this stuff before teaching it). Her style of yoga postures is very unique as she incorporates creative sequencing, neuroscience, and play to put her own spin on the tradition while honoring the movement of yoga. She is also very personally engaged with the community which is just a lovely touch. She pours every bit of her heart into her teachings and I feel so grateful to be her student 🙏🤍
