👁Reyo👁,
Unfair competitions in this app
1) One of the team player among our team had total of around 20K steps in a day and got the first place in the rank while the gap between the previous 1st place person and her was more than 32K. How is that possible? Can the app developer explain?
2) There should not be no manual step or activity entry button in the app for the sake of keeping the scores accurate and fair. Whatever the fitbit watch or health app is based on the steps, that should be counted. How can one be sure that the total steps are accurate anyway when there is a manual entering way for it?
Red Claw,
No support for iPad, even for the web
In the short amount of time I have had the app, about a month, I’ve had to contact “support” twice. The first time was because the mobile app does not work correctly on the iPad. The activity information doesn’t not center correctly. So when I slide from one activity screen to the next I’ll get half of the first screen and half of the second screen. Their support stated that “…we do not scale our mobile app to fit the iPad screen.” After explaining to them that this occurred wether or not the app was scaled up. They then told me to either use the mobile app on an iPhone, which I don’t have, or log in to their website from a desktop computer.

This led me to the second “support” contact. I created a webpage shortcut for my iOS Home Screen that pointed to the login page on their site. But when attempting to login, I kept getting an error from their website that “An unknown error has occurred.” When explaining to them using detailed steps of exactly what I did, including screenshots, they basically brushed me off tell me again that they don’t support iPads. I even went so far as attempted to test the webpage shortcut on a coworkers iPhone and still got the error when attempting to login, but it fell on deaf ears.

Both the application and webpage have since been removed since MoveSpring won’t support iPads, even for the website.
BrookeAshleyBlakeAaron,
MoveSpring is great to work with and so much fun!
I’m not real savvy when it comes to technology. I was having difficulty figuring something out and reached out to their support team. Natalie got back with in an hour with the exact steps that I needed to take and it worked! This is the second time we’ve done this corporate challenge with Move Spring and our nurse heads up the program. I told her my great experience with Natalie today and she said from an administrators standpoint she has had questions too and that they are one of the best support teams she’s ever experienced! Last time we did this we had about 115 employees signed up for it and everybody had so much fun, and we didn’t want it to end.

Move Spring is great for your health as well as developing relationships which is great for the company cultural.

Constantly breaks with sync
I try to use my Fitbit it constantly has issues so then I have to change to sync with Apple Health. When I try to resync with my Fitbit it asks if I want to allow like usual I tap allow and the button depresses but nothing happens. I can hit it 500 times and nothing. Try to restart the app restart my phone etc. every once in a while it will work and then I can re-sync. This just started about a month ago. I try it with other devices like garmin etc and does the same thing you tap allow button depresses but nothing happens. Very very very frustrating. So at this point it just works with my phone. I then have to use a third party app to sync my Fitbit stats to Apple and sync. Might as well just remove all the other device options since none of them work correctly.

Love, love, love this app!!
I cannot say enough great things about this app!! I’m currently engaged in a team challenge amongst a small group of colleagues and what an amazing motivator this has been! I’m literally walking on a treadmill, getting in my steps as I type this review. When other friends and coworkers heard about our challenge, they wanted in. When my kids heard about it, they too wanted in! I’ve now bought them fitbits and we’re all exercising more as a family. This is a true genius idea I only wish I’d thought of first!

Aesthetically pleasing app. Easy to use. Fun
I used this app to compete with my friends. We all have different activity trackers - Apple Watch, fit bit and phone - this made it easy for us to compete. The interface is beautiful and easy to use. I liked all of the additions in the app - they motivated me and made me want to check the app everyday. I would highly suggest this app to anyone trying to track their activity in a fun way. It pushed me to be more active than i usually am. I experienced no bugs or issues while using.

Fun and beautiful app
I definitely find myself taking the stairs more lately! MoveSpring pulls my steps from Apple Health seamlessly and I love seeing the extra metrics, like how I’m doing this week compared to last week, or my personal best for steps this month. My favorite part of the app was using the chat with my group to motivate each other, or more often, engage in the spirit of friendly competition. The app’s design is beautiful and the illustrations for the challenge made it that much more exciting to have reached my goal.
Anand Khanduri,
Great app and awesome support team
My app was defaulted to collect steps from my iPhone. One I connected it to my Fitbit newer records got pulled from Fitbit but the old records were still reflecting records from my iPhone. Contacted customer care over chat and within minutes got my last 7 days records synced from Fitbit to my MoveSpring app. Great speedy support from the team. Awesome work guys!!! As a feedback if team can expose a sync button for older records will be great.

Five Stars for MoveSpring!
I recently completed a 2 week MoveSpring challenge with a group of friends. I enjoyed the experience very much and look forward to another in the near future. I love being able to participate in challenges like the one I just completed with friends who may be using different fitness trackers. The app provides opportunities for discussion and connection and it is user-friendly. I would absolutely recommend!
Komisko,
Great Technical Support
When I first downloaded the app, I was having issues with my dashboard often finding a white screen, through the diligent efforts of the tech support, it was determined my issues lay at the feet of the Wi-Fi system. We work together to find a solution, and I’m happy to say this app works. Can’t say enough for the support that I received!
