In Durant, at the medical building, on the second floor, is a beautiful collection of art, posing as a pledge, from the Nations leadership, which speaks to the brotherhood and sisterhood of all Choxctaw people. The pledge is that the Nation, when possible, will come to the medical aid of its brothers and sisters. And so that pledge materialized into free medical services and medication for its members. While this benefit must be a significant cost for the Nation, it has never waivered from the Pledge. Even for those of us who have ventured from home to find meaningful employment , regardless of that distance! Such a commitment does not come from politicians, as coverage of the home bound only would satisfy that objective. Rather, it’s source must find itself in the hearts of those who profess it. I am certain that there is no better example of the power of love! And I believe that such demonstrations of sharing and caring may just be contagious! So please, feel free, to pass it forward!! I hope you feel that way too!

As someone who is no longer within the Choctaw Nation’s boundaries, this app gives me a way to order my prescriptions with ease and have them sent to my home. Making appointments is super simple and it helps me to line up when I’ll be back near Poteau or Talihina again. All in all, I LOVE the app and I highly recommend it for anyone with a chart at a Choctaw Nation health clinic!

It has made refilling prescriptions so easy and convenient. I love being able to look up all my appointments in one place. The only issue I have is that it doesn't remember my fingerprint in order to log in. It feels like I have to set it up every time and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not. Otherwise it's not a big deal and I'm ok with signing in every time anyway.

This is the best app I have. It has made it so easy to order meds and keep up with all information in one place with a tap of a finger. The support staff is also excellent. When I had an issue with a new phone’s face recognition IT worked with me until it was resolved with all the patience in the world. Greatly recommend this app.

Sometimes I don’t have time to call for an appointment or I think about it late at night, so having this app to request an appointment is very helpful. Plus, I can see my medical chart and my kids in the push of a few buttons.

Generally very easy and a pleasure to use. Ability to communicate (leave a message) could be considerably improved. Sometimes I need to leave messages for an office that general voice mail doesn’t work well. A simple message this department/office would correct this.

This is a great help to me and my husband. He is Choctaw and we drive from Texas to Durant Oklahoma for his medical care and prescription drugs. This is such a wonderful help for getting his refills sent to our home. We just log into the app and request the refills and DONE. The refills arrive within a few days.

This is a great app. I know as you continue to develop it and add more features, it will only get better. I love that I can log in and refill my scripts, request appointments and CANCEL them as well. Save so much time compared to having to call in, reach and attendant, push this button, push that button only to leave a message.

I like that it tells me when my appointments are. The only thing I would recommend is having lab results viewed as a document instead of single values. Also, not all my labs are available through the all. Other than that, it’s a good functioning app!

I’ve used this app on my iPhone X for nearly a year now but all of a sudden the past couple of months, I haven’t been able to use the Face ID anymore which makes it much less convenient than it used to be since I hardly ever remember my passwords
