I love the idea of the app and it has gotten much better than when I first bought it. The app was buggy before, but maybe it was my first edition smart tv. I’ve upgraded since, and it has been much better. I am staying subscribed out of commitment to the idea for hunters everywhere to have a community. Streaming cable elsewhere doesn’t provide much of a resource for hunting and the outdoors. App developers, if the category section actually provided shows under the different hunting styles, that would be great. It is there, and the playlists are a good idea, but the number of shows in the playlists aren’t updated nor are there many shows under some. If you could search by show, that might help.

Content great, service terrible
Love the shows and quantity but the performance of the app and even the website is terrible. The app feels cheap and not up to the standards of even basic apps these days. The app crashes constantly. Using with chromecast requires constantly disconnecting and reconnecting to watch the next episode. I also cannot chromecast downloaded episodes to avoid buffering or crashes. The app should easily be able to let you continue watching from where you left off. Not only does it not show you where you left off but it defaults to the most recent season. Why wouldn’t your watchlist and favorites be the first thing you see? Instead it is the networks shows they are pushing. I shouldn’t have to navigate through multiple menus every time I want to watch a show. The website also seems to almost slow to a halt during peak hours which means for all those $10 fee’s they aren’t using enough servers. The website also consistently crashes or has a network error despite my internet working fine. For this type of monthly fee the app and website should be flawless. I really expected much more for the premium price.

Good content, terrible execution!
I never review anything, but I’m tired of putting up with the issues. I have an iPhone 7plus with 11.2.6 update. First, why is the Sign In button so small and out of the way, but the Create an Account so large and centered? Once I sign up, I feel second class. For $10/month! Second, why is My Favorites hidden in the menus, and why does it always auto populate with shows I haven’t watched or favorited? It should be more prominent on the main screen and actually do its job of saving my couple favorites. Third, every time I try to read an episode description, the screen jumps down and I have to try and find the description again. Fourth, the screen NEVER rotates once I play. I use the physical volume buttons on TOP, because when i try to use the screen volume, the screen darkens out and I miss the part I’m trying to listen to. I have to hold my phone in the orientation I want it to play just to get the screen rotation I want. For $10 a month, I expect much better than this! The content is good, but the player is broken!

I don’t know what everyone is talking about
Okay I was very skeptical Bc of all the bad reviews on here, but I did it anyway and honestly I have absolutely no idea what everyone is talking about! This app and subscription is absolutely amazing, I have it on my iPhone XR, firestick, my Samsung tab a and also my tiki and Xbox and I have no problems WHAT SO EVER! No buffering issue quality is HD within seconds of the shows starting on all platforms, I sit and watch bass fishing shows for hours! Hands down one of the best Subscriptions I have ever bought, I have not experienced any of the problems that everyone has been talking about, no crashing and buffering quality is always amazing! If you love hunting fishing and everything definitely give this a try worth every penny, don’t go based solely on what everyone else is saying!! Great job guys!! A++ in my book!!!

I mean great app for all hunting shows! I have been looking for something so I can watch my hunting shows on the go! The app needs a lot of improvement! I think the price point needs to be lowered for the problems the app has! It is a good app! The thing I hate about it the most it does not save my point in the show, where I exited out of the app! Then when I go back into the app! I have to find the show I was just watching, then I have to find my exact spot I was at in the show! I really don’t like having to do that every time!! Please fix! Lower the price till the app gets fixed! I mean Netflix has way more shows and charging 2 bucks cheaper! I mean come on guys, not really everyone is going to pay for an app that is no where close to top of the line! Also still deal with 10 minutes of sponsorships! So if this stuff don’t get fixed you will loose a customer!

Ways to get to 5 stars
I love the app and prefer it over paying for outdoor packages on tv providers, but I could love it more if.....

Make it faster. It is by far the slowest app I have. Takes almost a full minute to open, and each selection made in the app takes long enough for me to think it is going to freeze up. Not sure how you go about fixing this, but hopefully you already are.

Quality setting. There needs to be a master quality setting so you don’t have to select 1080 for every episode you watch. The “auto” function selects the crappiest quality possible, so there’s no point in having an auto option if it doesn’t select the best quality possible.

The layout of the app needs a facelift. It could be much more user friendly, like not hiding the search function, and just trying to make it more streamlined like many other on-demand streaming services.

Other than that, I have no complaints. And honestly, even if these things never change, I’ll still keep it and be plenty happy. But if you want that 5th star, you gotta make some changes.

This app like most has room for improvement but is an amazing advancement for hunters to be able to have a Netflix type app for hunting shows. Red Arrow is by far my favorite show!

I had a issue when subscribing and the developer responded with a solution. I contacted customer service and received prompt and professional help. I asked about an Apple TV app and received a prompt response that it's coming.
Well worth the subscription fee! Strong work guys, keep it up!

Love this app
I originally downloaded this app about a year ago in 2017 and it was still very new reguardless of how long ago it came out it had a ways to go I tried using it and it never worked..a year later I downloaded the app and tried once more and it evolved, the only bad thing was if you clicked out of the app to respond to a text or something of the sort it would make you re log back in. Now to this date November 12th 2018 they have corrected that issue and it is a dream watching tv series and tv shows right from my phone. Wish it was a little cheaper monthly but it’s still pretty nice.

I’ve been on the fence as to whether or not to subscribe to this app. As I was reviewing the terms of what you get for the $10 a month versus the $98 a year, I noticed that you only get the premium content, if you pay the $98 a year. you also only get the extra channels if you pay the $98 a year. You also only get the long trial if you pay the $98 a year. It seems to me like the only way you get to watch all the stuff is if you can afford to pay the lump sum upfront. Well, I’m so glad that you guys, feel it necessary to skim off the top of the majority of your customers. I’m assuming that a lot of them only pay $10 a month. If not, if I was you I’d consider giving the guys I can’t afford $100 in one lump sum, a chance at supporting your app. Until then, I won’t be.

Terrible - Kept faith for way too long
I was an early adopter of this app and their subscription. I’ve been holding onto hopes that it would get better for years now. It has improved, but slowly and not remotely up to date with what a user should experience in an any app.

UI is clunky, glitchy, and sometimes things just plain don’t work. The exit “X” might not be there and you may be stuck in a show. You may download content the day of your flight, and then once in airplane mode, you’ll be unable to view it with an error message saying you haven’t logged in in 30 days so they need to verify via logging in. I travel constantly and would estimate that this happens 75% of the time.

For a long time I thought it was my older phone causing the issues but after upgrading realized it’s simply a bad app that if it wasn’t for the incredible content I would’ve ditched it long ago.

I’m sure the individuals behind it are great at their jobs and nothing against them, however I would strongly suggest re-allocating the phenomenal amount of money spent in marketing this service to developing an easily usable, reliable, and proper app that serves the customers you already have.

I have cancelled my subscription, today.
