This update provides ongoing bug fixes due to the recent Swift 1.2 update that affected mostly iOS 7 users.

- We've updated the app to iOS 8 with 64-bit support.
- New and improved "think like a coach" logic. We significantly improved the App's ability to set players only in positions where they are specified to play. We also improved the Set Bench logic so now all players should be playing the correct number of innings as specified on the Positions Preferences screen.
- To help with setting the bench, we've added an alert reminding coaches to make sure "Total Player Innings in Game" equal "Total Lineup Innings in Game" for the instances when they don't.

We've updated our app icon and we've added some code to report any app crashes.
We also added a 'reset' button in the upper right hand corner of the “Positions” and "Specify Pitchers & Catchers by Inning” screens that enables the coach to clear all selected position preferences and/or reset all players playing in game to play 6, 5, 4, or 3 innings.

Solid App! Great coaching tool
This app has made my coaching job soo much easier. I manage a coed softball team. All the players have different skill levels and position limitations. It takes all of this into account and provides a lineup that needs very little tweaking. It also gives my players a fair amount of time on and off the field and allows me to adjust how many innings each player should play.
I'm giving it 4 stars because I just need one more feature...ability to add coed rules into the equation. Other than that, the app is solid. I haven't encountered any performance issues. Worth every penny.

Impressed
Spent a good 45 mins speaking to the owner to was extremely open to suggestions. It needs a couple enhancements but I can genuinely say it's an app I use weekly during the softball season. I do believe that in instructional play, the app should be able to track the players on how many times they have played a position and a rule should be set up specifically to account for the logic. Let's me honest, at the early stages it's all Daddy ball and parents only watch there own children. This would help distribute the positions so no one person played a position more than another person through out the season. Keep the parents happy. Remind you this would only be for instructional play

Almost perfect
His app does a great job of helping me create lineups especially considering we have a couple hard to follow rules, like that players need to play at east 3 innings and one of those needs to be on the infield.
It's missing just a couple things:
1. iCloud support. I do most of my lineups on my iPad but only take my phone to the game. I would like it to sync.
2. I would like to be able to use portrait view on the iPhone. It's really annoying to only see a slice of things because it only works with landscape.
3. Errors that result from shuffling the lineup could be resolved with updated algorithms. It does most of the work for me, but I would imagine it could very easily take care of it all. If I can fix the errors manually, the app should be able to.

Where have you been all my life?!!
This app is amazing! I have dreamt of a program that could do this for years. It goes far beyond simply shuffling or cycling the defensive lineup. You decide the players that are proficient at each position, decide how competatively you would like to approach the game, and it does the rest! This app also allows the coach to control which players to pitch or catch specific innings. I can't wait to share this with all of my fellow coaches. Five dollars is a bargain for the time and thought that this app will save you!

Major Timesaver
This app is a major timesaver. I volunteered to coach my son's little league team and was going crazy trying to figure out how to create a lineup to accommodate all the rules. While it is not perfect, it's the best app I can across (tried three others). Really wish they would update it to work better with newer versions of iOS though.

Lots of great features but doesn’t work
This looked to be the best app for our 8U team. Certain players are right for certain positions during different parts of the season, and this app allows you to enter those.
However, when I try to adjust the number of innings each player is going to play to balance things out, the total will not update and will therefore not generate a lineup. To make things worse, there is no email to contact, and the contact form has an error so I’m hoping they see my review and can help.

PLEASE READ - DO NOT BUY
Do NOT waste your time and money on this app. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before purchasing. Aside from the fact that it is painful to use on an iPhone, I was only able to enter my team info and that was it. I tried to contact the developer through the app and got a 404 error message. Then I tried to contact them through their website and got an “unknown error, try again” message. I’ll be waiting patiently for to get my 5 bucks back.

So far so good. Definitely worth a try.
I like the app. It works great for what I need it to do. Ideally, I'd like to see the ability to make a lineup based on previous game so that kids(younger aged teams) don't play the same positions as the previous game. The ability to sync across devices would be nice as well. Aside from that, all is good.

Super helpful
As an instructional level team manager this app was super helpful, only problem is when I export the line up, the bottom half shows up on my phone as black. I had to screen shot it and print it out that way.

Had a little trouble with my lineups at first. Let me tell you guys, I was blown away by the customer service. A HUGE thank you to Tony for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. App works great for me now. I highly recommend. 👍
